What Should I Do If I Have A Claim?

If you have an accident or loss outside business hours, please call our emergency assistance partner ALPS on 01260 241000.
ALPS will be able to arrange emergency assistance and notify the insurer of your claim.
A Claim During Normal Working Hours.
We strongly recommend you contact your insurer directly on the numbers below. If you have problems, we can give advice but its quicker and more efficient to speak directly to the insurer as they will require direct contact with the policyholder at most stages of the process. Contacting Elevate may slow down communications and the progress of your claim.
Call the relevant number below and you will be asked some for some basic information, primarily your policy number, the key facts surrounding the claim and the names of those involved. You will be given a claims reference number which needs to be used as the claim progresses and if you contact any other parties such as vehicle recovery services, repairers or assistance providers.
Excess Protection
If you have opted for additional cover to reclaim your policy excess you will need to pay the insurer the excess in the event of claim and then send the receipt of this payment to us. We will arrange repayment when the insurer has closed the claim.
